Seat belts, essential for driver and passenger safety, are provided in all company vehicles. Compliance with this safety measure is mandatory for employees on company business, as emphasized by the directive:
“NO SEAT BELT, NO ENTRY, NO TAKE-OFF.”
To ensure strict adherence, drivers must fasten their seat belts before take-off and remind passengers with a simple announcement: “FASTEN YOUR SEAT BELT.” Security officers at both site and company gates will visually inspect all vehicles entering or leaving, enforcing compliance. No vehicle will be permitted to enter or exit until all occupants adhere to the directive.
Within company premises or work sites, safety officers, foremen, supervisors, and any present line management members bear the responsibility of monitoring and ensuring seat belt usage in company-owned vehicles.
Non-compliance with this policy directive will result in appropriate disciplinary action against violating staff members. The company is steadfast in upholding a culture of safety and adherence to established protocols.
